Terms of Service

By scheduling, requesting, or receiving services from Fahrenheit AC (‘Company,’ ‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’), you (‘Customer’ or ‘you’) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Fahrenheit AC provides residential and commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to, system diagnostics, repair, maintenance, equipment installation and replacement, and preventive service agreements in South Florida.

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion and to modify or discontinue any service offering at any time.

Our business may use an AI-powered receptionist to handle scheduling, inquiries, and communications via phone and text message. By contacting us, you consent to:

• Interacting with an automated AI system for initial inquiries
• Call recording and transcription for quality assurance purposes
• SMS/text communications related to your service appointment or inquiry

Standard message and data rates may apply for text communications. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications.

• Appointments are subject to technician availability and may be rescheduled due to emergency calls or unforeseen circumstances.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
• A service call/diagnostic fee applies to all visits and is due at time of service.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards
• Cash and check
• Financing through Synchrony Bank (subject to credit approval)

Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days may be subject to a late fee or referred to collections. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

Written estimates are provided prior to work whenever possible. Estimates are based on visible conditions at time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during service. We will obtain your authorization before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.

Parts and labor warranties vary by job type and manufacturer. Your technician will communicate applicable warranty terms at time of service. Warranties are void if:

• Unauthorized modifications are made to the system after service
• The system is misused, neglected, or improperly maintained
• Damage results from power surges, flooding, or other external causes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fahrenheit AC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of data, or loss of revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fahrenheit AC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
